Upon Raven Hill sits Toad Hall, the woodsy abode of Phosphorous, Digital Eel artist and psychic force. Rustic in its setting, it is likely a haunted place, saturated as it is with the invisible energy of history. Toad Hall seems to be the focal point of powers not of this earth yet somehow as familiar as comfort itself. It appears more spacious inside than it looks from outside -but the human mind is easily tricked by such places- and although water does not run uphill in Toad Hall, no television will function there and all of the clocks run sideways.
